Most of the items you buy from jewelrybay888 are hand made, variation of pattern, size and color may occur, buyer are supposed totally understand about it before making payment.

Custom Make Items

We do not make infringement products. The pictures sent by the customers who are supposed owned the copyright/property right already, we do not take any legal liabilities for these products.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us with within 7 days of delivery. We will need your shipping address and item code(s) for our record use. We will make every reasonable effort to replace the item in a timely manner. We cover shipping charges if there was damage to the item due to shipping but we do not offer refund in normal condition.

Return Policy

Here are the suitations that we do not offer refund
1 - We do not offer refund for the customers fault (e.g.buyer buy the items wrongly)
2 - Buyer receive the package(s) after 7 days of delivery
3 - Package sent with tracking number (e.g. register airmail or speed post) but lost in delivery

Process of returning for refund:
1 - Contact our Customer Service Department by e-mailing us at jewelrybay888@yahoo.com to receive a return merchandise authorization.
2 - Repack the product in its original packaging materials.
3 - Money will be returned within 24 hours when we received the package

Pricing

The bulk wholesale price and volume discounts will not be shown in this web site, it depends on the quantity and frequency of the order, this is the price protection for our distributors.
